Within the Forum you want to post the images, click the NEW POST button it looks like this
or if replying to a post it looks like this 
then just under the box used to enter text for your post you will see "Add image to post" click that link then click browse and browse to the image(s) location on your computer. Choose image file: You can upload images in following formats: .gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp
File size limit is 4Mb
Be sure to add a image description. The image or images will show up as thumbnail (smaller) images in your post. Then others can click the image(s) to view the larger image if they wish.
The image(s) will not appear until you submit the post and will appear as a link when you are in the edit mode of your post. It will be at the bottom of your post and look something like this
